Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst supports the ongoing financial forecasting and develops financial models to support decision making related to business issues. This role in the Financial Compliance Team ‘FCT’ assists with the execution of the US Therapeutics & Aesthetics Financial Compliance Monitoring for Federal ‘Sunshine’ Reporting. This role is responsible for the financial monitoring of Healthcare Providers (HCP) and/or Healthcare Organizations (HCO) US Commercial events.

Responsibilities

Prepares the Monthly Volume Dashboard for FCT monitored events.

Completes Employee Business Expense monitoring for various scenarios such as business guest and alcohol usage using a risk-based approach.

Leads for investigating and remediating HCP Employee Business Expense Disputes working with the In Field Teams.

Prepares the quarterly Therapeutics Financial Compliance Quarterly Metrics Results Package and review with Manager and Director.

Participates in efficiency projects that involve financial analysis and problem solving.

Assists with quarterly/yearly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data received from source systems such as CTE.

Creates and maintains desktop procedures specific to role.

Assists with Internal and External Audits requests.

Meets deadlines to ensure all areas of responsibility are timely and accurate in reporting of data ensuring adherence to compliance policies, financial policies, and state/federal laws.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.

Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.

Experience in audit, finance, and/or accounting. Minimum of 4 years’ experience.

Analytical skill set including advanced excel and ability to quickly learn new systems.

Power BI knowledge a plus.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.​

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs. ​

Salary: $80,500 - $153,000
