Health Technology Assessment Senior Analyst - Remote

The Senior Analyst will d evelop health technology assessments (HTAs) and coverage policy for laboratory testing using scientific evidence as a basis for healthcare decision-making. This position will report to the Health Services Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

(include but not limited to):

Independently produce and update HTAs to evaluate the safety and efficacy of laboratory testsAssist in the translation of HTAs into coverage policyPresent scientific evidence and analysis from HTAs to clinical team as part of coverage determination discussionsMaintain policy library and associated technical assessmentsMinimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in public health or a related scientific field.A minimum of 3 + years of experience conducting literature searches in PubMed and organizing, analyzing, and summarizing data and relevant information from scientific peer-reviewed publications. Background or additional experience in medical writing a plus.Additional Qualifications:

Effectively work with other team members to achieve team goals.Be self-motivated to initiate, lead and complete work in complex areas without supervision.Use independent judgment to manage confidential information.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.Develop content which can be utilized and understood by internal stakeholders, health plans and healthcare providers.Demonstrate mastery of MS Office suite, Excel, EndNote, SmartSheet, and use of electronic databases, such as PubMed.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62,000 - 103,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
