Mission:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems for automated plating and anodizing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical assembly, a good understanding of electrical schematics, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Additionally, you will provide support in assembling piping and mechanical components during downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Assembly:Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and work instructions to assemble electrical components.Wire and connect electrical components according to specifications.Perform quality checks and testing on electrical assemblies to ensure functionality and safety.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems and components.Mechanical and Piping Support:
Assist in the assembly and installation of mechanical components, including piping systems, during downtime.Follow blueprints and technical drawings to assemble and install piping and mechanical systems.Ensure all mechanical assemblies meet company quality standards and industry regulations.General Duties:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.Document assembly processes, modifications, and maintenance activities.Continuously improve skills and knowledge related to electrical and mechanical assembly.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate or degree in electrical technology preferred.Minimum of two years of experience in electrical assembly or a related field preferred.Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.Strong knowledge of electrical components, wiring techniques, and safety standards.Basic understanding of mechanical systems and piping assembly.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.Comfortable working in various environments, including standing for extended periods.
