As a General Manager in Training, you oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, team management, and budget control to ensure successful completion within timelines and financial limits. You also serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction while maintaining high quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout the project.

High School diploma required; college education preferredMinimum of 10 years in the roofing industry30-Hour OSHA Construction certification, First Aid/CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogen trainingGeneral Requirements
