Pay: $15 per hour
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMDays: Monday - Friday
As an Assembly Associate, you'll be responsible for assembling fabricated metal parts and ensuring they meet our quality standards. You'll use various tools and machinery to assemble, repair, and package products for distribution while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
Assemble metal parts and products based on instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.Ensure all products are properly assembled, functional, and meet company quality standards.Operate hand tools and machinery to make or repair parts as required.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with parts or products.Identify defective parts and follow procedures to report them to the supervisor.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient environment.Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Physical Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (verbal, written, blueprints).Basic math, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to problem-solve and work independently.Capable of following safety protocols and managing tasks with minimal supervision.Ability to work in noisy environments, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting.Good eyesight (depth perception, color differentiation) and excellent hand-eye coordination for assembly tasks.Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and climb to access machine parts.
