Introduction:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time Nurse-RN or LPN to join our Hillcrest campus team and provide high-quality care to our residents. The RN/LPN will assess residents' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Assess residents' health needs and develop and implement care plansMonitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff memberAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedDocument residents' progress and outcomes using electronic medical recordsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatmentCommunicate with residents and families to provide education and supportDocument residents' progress and outcomes using electronic medical recordsStay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursingParticipate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skillsOther duties as assignedQualifications:
Current state license as a Registered NurseMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, geriatric experience a preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionalsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
