Primary Responsibilities:Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system, including strokes, dementia, seizures, and Parkinson's diseaseWork collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patientsClinical care of Neurology patients

Required Qualifications:M.D. or D.O.Must be board certified in Neurology or Board EligibleActive Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employmentActive DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
