For more information, click here .Role reports to: Finance LeadershipLocation: Summit, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025Pay: The anticipated annual base pay for this position is $70,000 - $130,000 and will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience.What you will doThe Finance Leadership & Development Program (FLDP) is a program designed specifically to prepare and develop future generations of business leaders within the accounting & finance organization. Participants will develop critical leadership & technical skills through rotational assignments, in depth training, ongoing coaching & feedback, and frequent exposure to upper management.These rotational assignments are supplemented by facilitated trainings over the course of the program, led by internal & external resources. Training courses build Kenvue business acumen and follow a robust and interactive curriculum that helps develop key competencies such as problem-solving and analysis, technical skills, business knowledge, teamwork, and leadership.Rotations are within the finance organization and can cover FP&A, Commercial, R&D, Enterprise Business Solutions, Internal Auditing, Controllership, Tax, Investor Relations, and other areas within Finance.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial and data analyses to drive value added decision makingExpense and capital budgeting with active business partnering supportFinancial consolidation and framing of business results to various audiencesMonth/year end closing procedures while following complianceSales reporting and forecasting leveraging business insightsWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsCompleted Bachelors Degree currently pursuing MBA OR currently enrolled student completing a Bachelors degree (from an accredited university or college)Minimum 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPAHighly motivated individual with demonstrated analytical, communication and social skillsA keen Finance curiosity and leadership capabilityAbility to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environmentDesired QualificationsAnticipated completion of Bachelors degree by June 2025Concentration major of Accounting, Finance, Economics AND OR Business related major highly preferredWhat's in it for youLearning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsAbility to build and grow Kenvue professional networkKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
