Respiratory Anesthesia Representative-Seattle/Pacific Northwest (territory covers WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, AK)
Job Overview
As a Respiratory Anesthesia Representative, you will promote and sell our proprietary heated humidification products for use in hospital operating rooms and procedural areas in the assigned territory. You will become a trusted clinical advisor providing education and technical support to anesthesiologists, CRNAs, physician specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targetsDevelop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners within the territoryIdentify potential hospitals and surgery centers through lead generation and strategic prospectingConduct customer visits to introduce FPH hospital products, therapy approaches, and their benefitsServe as the product expert, providing in-serving and education to anesthesiologists, CRNAs, physician specialists, and other healthcare professionalsInstall and execute evaluations of FPH hospital products in the operating room and procedural suites with post-sales education and supportMaintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunitiesDisciplined use of CRM/Salesforce to track opportunities, sales and monitor resultsAttend trade shows and conventions to provide information and education on FPH hospital productsMust be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds without limits or restraints

Education and Experience Requirements
Experience in managing a large territoryBachelor's degree preferred1-2 years of sales experience with a consistent track record of success, preferably in a business-to-business selling modelMedical device sales, preferably in the OR, are preferred but not requiredExcellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territoryAnesthesia Technologist OR Registered Nurse a plusUp to 30% overnight travel

The anticipated salary range for candidates working in this territory is $137,000 to $147,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including, b
