Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Litigator to join our growing Miami office.

The ideal candidate will have a diverse litigation background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage cases from inception through trial.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while having direct access to high-profile clients and a variety of litigation matters.

Handle a wide range of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, torts, real estate, business litigation, and general liability.Manage all phases of the litigation process, from pleadings and discovery to trial and appeal.Develop and execute case strategies, including legal research, drafting motions, and conducting depositions.Represent clients in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies and alternative dispute resolution forums.Engage in direct client interaction, including advising clients on legal issues, case strategy, and potential outcomes.Collaborate with team members across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal court rules and regulations.Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines, and manage workflow to ensure timely resolution of matters.Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar is required; admission to additional jurisdictions is a plus.Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in general litigation, including trial experience.Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation best practices.Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in legal research software and other litigation technology tools.A strong commitment to client service and maintaining positive client relationships.
