Schedule Weekly Hours:40 Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time, salaried RN, Clinical Manager for our Inpatient Pediatrics and Peds ICU teams in La Crosse, WI. What you will do: Provide management and oversee the delivery of clinical services throughout our 4-bed Pediatric Intensive Care and 10-bed Pediatrics Unit Manage and lead \50 RNs and CNAs to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations Collaborate with a strong and experienced team of Hospital Clinical Managers, Clinical Operations Directors, and Department Chair to achieve department and unit strategic goals What you will get: Support to grow in your career with access to our Career Development Center and Tuition Investment Program Top-ratedretirement plan and healthcare benefits Initial and ongoing leader development and support What you need: Bachelor\'s Degree in a health-related field, nursing preferred 5-7 years of clinical healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire Ideal candidate will be skilled in the following areas: Clear communication and follow-through, ability to multitask, willingness to learn patient care in this specialty area.
