Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Hospitalist (Admitting Service)
Fargo, ND
PRACTICE SPECIFICS
Physician-led practice seeking additional full-time Hospitalists to be a part of the hospitalist team at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND
Department of 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support
2 Admitting Services scheduled per day, 7 days per week
Responsible for Emergency Department admissions, consults and direct admissions
Responsible for working with our One Call/Hospital Supervisor team taking transfers from outlying facilities.
12 hour shifts – 24 weeks per year
Flexible scheduling

Specialty and 24/7 intensivist support
REQUIREMENTS
BC/BE in Internal Medicine
BC/BE in Family Medicine with a strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (opportunity for mentorship)
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation
LOCATION
Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul
Fargo-Moorhead population: 200,000
Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
