is responsible for financial reporting and operational analysis with assigned plants within NA. As a key member of each plant's support team, the Plant Controller works closely with plant management to provide analytical support, assist in the development/enhancement of reporting processes, and provide recommendations to improve internal controls and profitability.This position is based in

Wilmington Delaware.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Competitive compensation/pay packageDental/Vision/Medical benefitsLife InsuranceHealth Spending AccountEmployee Support and Mental WellnessCompetitive matched retirement savings program - 401k (US)Be part of a long-standing and stable industry leaderWHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;Preparing monthly and quarterly operating statements with analysis for Senior Management and shareholders.Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for plant management and Manufacturing Directors.Serving as a liaison between the Plant Manager and non-financial managers to explain financial data.Compiling and publishing reporting packages that integrate financial and operational data for strategic decision-making.Correlating operational metrics (e.g., production) with financial data to identify opportunity costs and production deficiencies.Monitoring compliance with plant processes and collaborating with operations staff for timely remedial actions.Supporting the annual planning process, ensuring forecasts are realistic based on historical performance.Conducting business modeling and "what-if" scenarios during the planning phase.Reporting deviations from the finalized annual plan and providing explanations for variances.Ensuring accuracy of reported costs by maintaining up-to-date Bills of Material (BOM) for raw materials in production.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Finance concentration; MBA preferredCPA or CMA Designation preferred5+ years of progressive financial analytical experienceStrong understanding of cost and mgmt. accounting including budgeting through previous experience in a large multi-site manufacturing environmentSolid understanding of accounting policies including IFRS and GAAPProficient working in an advanced ERP environment (preferably JDE experience) along with advanced Excel skillsDemonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-focused and commitment to meet challenging deadlines which sometimes require a flexible schedule with a professional commitment to maintain confidentialityDemonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure consistency in reporting methodologyBenefits of Employment:
