Position Summary:
Golden Limousine International seeks a professional, experienced, and highly motivated Lead Chauffeur to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and discretion for our clientele, while providing exceptional service that reflects our commitment to luxury and excellence. The Lead Chauffeur will be responsible for driving high-profile clients, leading a team of chauffeurs, and upholding company standards for premium transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Transportation: Safely and efficiently transport clients in luxury vehicles to designated locations, adhering to all traffic regulations and ensuring client comfort and safety.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of chauffeurs to ensure quality service, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The Lead Chauffeur would also be responsible for driving continuous improvement through continued education and training initiatives.Special Projects: Meet with the Operations and the Customer Care team to be a main point of contact and oversee special projects or short term contracts with our major clients.Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely client pickups, accurate schedules, and efficient route planning.Vehicle Maintenance Oversight: Regularly inspect vehicles to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness; report repairs and routine servicing as needed.Client Relations: Provide a welcoming and professional environment for clients, addressing special requests, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.Crisis Management: Stay prepared to handle unexpected situations (e.g., traffic delays, last-minute schedule changes) with flexibility, grace, and client-focused solutions.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle maintenance, and team schedules. Provide regular performance updates to management.Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional chauffeur experience, preferably with luxury clientele, and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; chauffeur's license or commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred.Knowledge and Skills:
Deep familiarity with local and regional geography and navigation systems.Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and assist with luggage as needed.
