We are currently looking for qualified Electronic Assemblers and Solderers to join our team.

Schedule is full-time, Monday - Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm. This position is eligible for quarterly production bonuses, currently being paid out at $1000.

This position requires use of information or access to hardware, which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Assembles and solders electronic components, subassemblies, products or systems.

GENERAL DUTIES:

Read work orders, follows production drawings, written routings and work instructions, make use of sample assemblies or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.Crimps, stakes, screws, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits or similar operations to join or secure parts in place.Mounts assembled components, transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, sockets, connectors and similar components onto chassis/PWBConnects components and lead wires to PWBPerforms intermediate assembly tasks such as but no limited to potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bond, curing, stamping and color codingInstalls finished assemblies or sub assemblies into cases or cabinetsPerforms "go - no go" testing and in line inspection of parts and assemblies to meet production specifications and standardsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, oral, picture or diagram form.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma, GED3 months of experience as an assembler/solderer in a similar work environment.Aerospace /Defense Industry experience preferredCertified IPC-A-610D Class 3 Criteria and per J-STD-001D solderer. Expired certification is okay.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Read/Write Fluently in EnglishMust be well-organized, flexible and able to work in a fast paced, manufacturing environmentSustained dependable attendance.Cooperation with others in team environment for cross training and conference on operational issues.Initiative in learning and changing work methods to accomplish assigned tasks on a timely basis.PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
