What We're Looking ForMOD is looking for an Account Director with 7-10 yrs of client-facing experience in the B2B and MarTech space who will lead the way to innovative solutions and advocate for the client daily.The Account Director will lead strategy, creative/production, and demand generation teams to develop and implement strategic integrated B2B marketing plans and strategies for one to multiple strategic accounts. The right person would possess critical attributes such as exceptional communication skills, unwavering attention to detail, and an innate desire for cross-departmental teamwork and project completion.The preferred location is Austin, TX / but the role is remote and optional outside TX.Responsibilities:Build and develop effective relationships with clients, their partners, and customers and provide strategic and tactical counsel to executive-level contacts.Identify and diagnose challenges and barriers to success by proactively solutioning.Be the agency’s expert on a given client and business capability by understanding the client’s product(s), goals, organization, stakeholders, business issues, market, competition, and marketing efforts.Lead and actively participate in the team's ideation, brainstorming, and creative thinking processes. Share in-depth client and industry knowledge and insight to support and challenge the creative process.Effectively manage activity/projects/meetings with clients on a day-to-day basis, including delivery of project requirements, strategies, updates, new projects, etc.Interpret client briefs and establish project requirements, roles, responsibilities, priorities, & deadlines and align internally and with clients.Drive approach and scope development and lead pricing and contract conversations.Prepare internal project briefs based on scopes and lead kickoffs to help onboard teams.Identify and pursue cross-account/practice business opportunities.Ensure team members are accountable for results and meet desired deliverables, quality standards, and domain knowledge.Hold the team accountable for demonstrating agency values.Collaborate with the agency project management team to ensure resource allocation across the team, including staffing, hiring, and onboarding of new talent (internal or contractors).Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and proactively provide results to clients for continuous improvement. Supports identification of critical insights and recommendations based on program data.Requirements7+ years of agency experience managing clients in a B2B digital or consulting agency environment or equivalent client-side marketing experienceProven ability to manage relationships with brands as well as project deliveryCoordination of marketing automation /email marketing experience requiredKnowledge and confidence with marketing technology, including Marketo, Salesforce, and other marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Pardot, and HubSpot (although direct work within all of these technology instances is not required)Excellent understanding of integrated digital marketingExperience with renewal or subscription marketing preferredExcellent skills in resource managementUp to 20% travel may be required by client and business development needsBenefits & PerksHealth & Vision InsuranceLife and AD&D Insurance15 days of PTOQuarterly Wellness Days Off & Birthdays OffClient Referral Bonus ProgramEmployee Assistance Programand more!Salary Range$110-130kWe're
