Position OverviewAs the
Chief of Staff,CEO
, you will function as an indispensable partner to the CEO and the leadership team, responsible for orchestrating the efficient and effective operations of the organization. Your role will be instrumental in propelling strategic initiatives, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration, and optimizing operational workflows to secure the triumph of the company. Your capacity to thrive within a fast-paced and dynamic landscape, coupled with your strategic foresight, will be instrumental in steering our expansion.
What You'll Do
Strategic Direction and Planning and Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate synergistically with the CEO to devise, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives of the company.Undertake strategic projects initiated by CEOCoordinate multifaceted projects that demand cross-functional cooperation, guaranteeing punctual completion and alignment with overarching objectives.Function as a conduit between departments, expediting information exchange and collaborative issue resolution.Executive Support:
Serve as a dependable advisor to the CEO, furnishing vital insights and recommendations on strategic deliberations.Curate presentations, reports, and briefings for executive conferences and board dialogues.Assist in managing external partnerships and stakeholders, exemplifying the company with the utmost professionalism.Talent Progression:
Collaborate in leadership pursuits related to talent management, including recruitment, induction, and professional enrichment.Foster a constructive and inclusive company culture, harmonizing with our fundamental values and mission.What You'll Need
>2 years Experience with management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.Capacity to quickly learn and master new topics.Demonstrated track record in a senior management capacity, preferably within the medical device or healthcare sector.Proficiency in strategic analysis and cogent problem-solving.Exemplary communication and interpersonal aptitude, facilitating collaboration at all echelons of the organization.Verified experience in project management and process enhancement.Ability to navigate an evolving environment and oversee competing priorities adeptly.Exceptional ethical standards, professionalism, and discretion.A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.
