Responsibilities: As the
Expert Program Manager / SME for GEOINT Strategy & Technical Architectures , you will serve as a keystone advisor to a government-led team supporting NGA's Architecture & Engineering Group. You shall enable coordination across both traditional and non-traditional GEOINT collectors and enable the rapid evolution of advanced analytic algorithms, tools and tradecraft through concept development, prototypes, exercises and operational demonstrations. You shall be tasked with evolving a service-centric model that enables services and data to be delivered to mobile platforms at all levels of classification, and maintain the enterprise architecture baseline with approaches to future architectures in mind. You will evolve IT strategies, concepts, standards, concepts, architectures and related engineering roadmaps to reduce risk, inform policy, and steer acquisition to meet NGA's long term integrated intellligent environment goals. You shall align strategy and draw on national-level experts to perform independent technical and programmatic assessments in support of program strategic objectives and major acquisition milestones, while yourself providing acquisition strategy program management services and advice to senior government-side management. This position is an onsite role, and shall support NGA out of their NCE Campus in Springfield, VA. Required Qualifications: Must-Haves: A minimum of twenty (20) years of generalized experience, with at least fifteen (15) years of experience in the following concentrations: Project Management Professional (PMP), DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management or equivalent specialized experience with Project Management tools and techniques. Minimum fifteen years of demonstrated specialized experience in Information Technology. Education: Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Systems Engineering, or related fields such as Physics, Aerospace Sciences or Remote Sensor Engineering. Nice-to-haves: Demonstrated specialized experience with traditional and non-traditional collectors including commercial and unclassified sensor technology. Demonstrated specialized experience supporting NSG sensor independent data, standards and algorithm integration. Demonstrated specialized experience with GEOINT and MASINT or SAR processing and exploitation. Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud infrastructure support. Demonstrated specialized experience with enterprise architecture and/or solutions architecture. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification. Demonstrated specialized experience in any of the following: analytic algorithms and big data, tools, and tradecraft via concept development, prototypes, pilots and operational demonstrations. Demonstrated specialized experience in any of the following: IT services and ITIL methodology. Demonstrated specialized experience in Cost/ Price analysis, cost estimating or financial management. **In addition, candidates must possess an ACTIVE TS/SCI Security Clearance to be considered eligible for this position.** WISC is an equal opportunity employer.
