Our expanding Aviation market sector is seeking qualified individuals whose professional experience has been primarily in delivery of airport and airline related facilities.The preferred candidates must have an ability to effectively communicate with a variety of technical and managerial professionals experienced in the design and operation of unique facilities that support airport terminals, airline operations and corporate flight operations. Successful candidates will bring specific experience in various aspects of terminal and concourse design including those elements associated with ticketing, baggage handling, security clearance, and other passenger processing and related operations. Airport concessions, retail, and airline club related experience would be considered a plus.Forecast and organize project design development and production deliveryAbility to successfully lead/organize a team of multiple disciplines and consultantsAddress project issues following protocol and procedure in order to reach the best solutionManage budget, code and jurisdictional requirementsOnsite assistance in construction observationEstablish and maintain client/owner contractor relationshipsNetwork to build relationships with new clients and return clientsPublic speaking and networking.Qualifications
Degree in architecture with a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience the majority of which should be in the design and delivery of aviation and airline related projectsActive RA license; LEED Accreditation preferredWorked with all project sizes including large projects valued at $500 million plusSelf-directed with clear and succinct communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and adjust work to meet unexpected client driven deadline changesProven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultantsApply strong architecture and detailing skills and proficient in constructions administrative processesAnalytical thinker with strong problem solving skillsDetail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with MS Office and Project with familiarity of AutoCAD and RevitCurrently has or eligible for federal security clearanceExcellent writing skillsThis position may require travel.#LI-EC1Page is an EOE/AA/VET/IWD employer and subscribes to E-Verify.
