Job Summary
At the Virginia BBQ and Pizza Company, we offer our guests a variety of quick service food options. We strive assemble delicious sandwiches, platters, and sides in a quick and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction. As large-scale resort food and beverage establishment, we require vibrant and energetic employees who always have the guest experience at the front of their mind. The BBQ Assembly Artist is responsible for cooking duties including food preparation and cleaning/maintenance of all food prep areas. Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is required and must be able to uphold safety and sanitation policies.

Properly and safely prepare and/or cooks quality food items in an efficient mannerAssure food is stored at the safe temperatures and labeled correctlyMaintain cleanliness and organization in food prep and cooking areasClean and sanitize work area and food preparation equipmentStock freezers and coolersProvide quality food and great customer serviceUphold standards of conduct, cleanliness, and food quality and safetySafely use and maintain cooking utensils and equipmentOther duties as assigned by management
