Qualifications
Tseeking an experienced Insurance Defense AttorneyThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling insurance defense litigation, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to represent clients in a range of matters, including personal injury, property damage, and coverage disputesJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in Texas and in good standingStrong knowledge of Texas civil litigation procedures and insurance defense lawExcellent legal research, writing, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsResponsibilities
Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters from inception to resolutionConduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trialsDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responsesDevelop and implement case strategiesAdvise and communicate with clients on case status, legal issues, and potential risksCollaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case managementStay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trendsBenefits
