The Capital Planning and Management organization plays a critical role in achieving Citis overall capital commitments and Return on Equity targets. The organization is responsible for assessing and ensuring capital measures are compliant, reliable and actionable across the capital continuum, holistically from BAU through Stressed Scenarios to Recovery and Resolution. This role is within the Capital Forecasting Strategic Design & Implementation team, which is charged to execute upon the organizations most important process improvements and technology-led strategic and regulatory initiatives. The teams core mission is to significantly enhance and transform processes and systems for a longer term sustainable operating model while also contributing on mission critical quick wins. To that end, Capital Forecasting Strategic Design & Implementations team deploys in-depth analysis, business process re-engineering, problem solving, state-of art digitalization and technology program / project management from its considerable base of multi-skilled talent and professional expertise. Processes, systems and infrastructure are continuously reviewed and improved upon by Strategic Design & Implementations team including but not limited to for Basel, Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), Supplementary Leverage Exposure (SLE), Capital Processes, Capital Ratios, CCAR and Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP). These are some of the representative capital processes and measures based on which holistic Capital Planning assessment occurs for both ICG & Consumer Bank, and is reported to Citi leadership, Board and Regulators, and where the results are utilized to understand and better manage the firm, its legal entities and businesses globally across the capital continuum. This is a business critical role, where the VP will facilitate and drive discussions to improve process, controls and infrastructure necessary to support Capital and RWA Forecasting processes for Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Other Use Cases. The role requires extensive engagement with a broad range of stakeholders and SMEs to help evolve processes. Successful candidates will help the team deliver improvements to process efficiencies and controls for Capital and RWA Forecasting. The role will help facilitate and drive improvements to support the execution of quarterly forecast activities by collaborating with CCAR workstreams and technology partners. Successful candidates will contribute to design and delivery of target state infrastructure for CCAR and quarterly forecasting processes. **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects associated with commitments to Citi's Regulators + Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Capital and RWA Forecasting across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations + Design strategic solutions to enable the organization to achieve its target state objectives in people, process and technology + Strong foundations in project management (especially in software development) and can take ownership of end-to-end implementation of Technology solutions and capabilities + Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Management for complex project with multiple workstreams and stakeholders + Strategic professional who advises on directional strategy by analyzing subject matter and its application in own job and the business. + Acts as a technical expert who acts as an advisor on significant business/product decisions + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency **Qualifications:** + 6-10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred + Familiar with banking regulations e.g., Basel Capital Rules + Advanced presentation and communication skills, especially with senior management + Requires communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence others. + Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment + Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions + In depth knowledge of banking products / systems preferred. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree required (MBA is a plus) ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Finance ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Balance Sheet Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Tampa Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $113,840.00 - $170,760.00 In addition to salary, Citis offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
