Job Description:

The

Senior Manager of Physician Liaisons

will contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Physician Liaison program for our partner practices at OneOncology. Our commitment to OneOncology practices is to equip local physician liaisons with a suite of powerful resources, including analytics, marketing expertise, referral strategies, comprehensive training, and advanced tools. These assets empower liaisons to drive physician referrals effectively and implement strategies that fortify referral relationships. Responsibilities of this role include onboarding new liaisons, forging innovative tools, assessing the impact of liaison initiatives, shaping strategic priorities, and recommending growth tactics.

The Physician Liaison Program is an integral component within OneOncology's operational framework. The Senior Manager of Physician Liaisons will report directly to the Senior Director of Physician Liaisons. This position is available at our Nashville, TN headquarters, with the possibility of remote work for candidates residing near major airports.

Responsibilities:

Foster the success of the liaisons in their roles, encompassing tasks such as annual planning, comprehensive analysis, targeted outreach, reporting, and territorial development.

Manages the practice liaison to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Actively support practice growth endeavors through in-person practice visits, liaison outreach activities, and other strategic priorities as required.

Cultivate enduring relationships to collaborate effectively with the Physician Liaison team and key practice stakeholders. This collaboration aims to bolster patient volume, amplify customer loyalty, and exceed patient growth goals.

Collaborate with the market analytics team to equip liaisons and practice leadership with actionable insights into market referral dynamics and patient volume trends.

Leverage Salesforce, market analysis, emerging trends, and performance reporting to devise strategic sales plans and diligently track practice growth.

Evolve and enhance the OneOncology physician liaison playbook and supplementary training materials to provide support to both our current liaisons and newcomers.

Extending comprehensive onboarding support to new Physician Liaisons.

Engage in collaborative partnerships with OneOncology team members and practice-based staff to offer strategic insights on local market competitive dynamics.

Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Analytical thinker who understands how to drive strategic & profitable growth

Skilled decision maker with strong emphasis on data, trends, and market analytics; proficient with Salesforce and business intelligence reporting

Creative project management and team experience required

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field required

5+ years of physician liaison/medical outside sales experience required including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.

Community oncology experience preferred

Deep understanding of physician practice operations

Ability to communicate to physicians and healthcare providers

Salesforce experience required

Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to develop training and tutorials in real-world work situations

Experience working across multiple geographies in a virtual or live work environment

Approximately 40% travel required
