Duties:- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children to learn and play.- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to foster growth in social, cognitive, and physical development.- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the daycare.- Provide nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to any dietary restrictions or allergies.- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.- Administer basic first aid when necessary and promptly notify parents/guardians about any incidents or accidents.- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging manners, sharing, and cooperation among children.Qualifications
