Job Description
Position Overview
The Analyst, Central Assets will assist with a wide range of activities all directed toward the same goal: maximizing the profitability of Invenergy\'s operating assets and its central warehouses and central facilities.
Responsibilities
Business Management:
Commercial Overview and oversight of the Invenergy central facilities.Assist in developing annual budgets for the projects and perform periodic variance analyses.Draft reports on project performance for investors and lenders.Assist in cash flow forecasting and management.Perform financial analyses on aftermarket improvements.Develop other ad-hoc analyses as needed.Support the management and tracking of fleet Accounts Receivable Outstanding.Generate, manage and track purchase orders.Support analysis of Inventory positions on a monthly basis.
Operations (Central Assets):
Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to evaluate and improve operational performance.Coordinate with cross functional teams on operational items, including parts supply, inventory management, and procurement support.Manage monthly internal billing and cost allocation.Provide administrative and clerical duties in the management of Invenergy\'s Center of Excellence supporting our central training, machine shop, warehouse, and control center.Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.Keep records and reports up to date.Organize and schedule meetings, travel and events.Ensure compliance with the requirements in project agreements.Manage, forecast, plan Invenergy\'s central fleet and mobile equipment management.
Minimum Qualifications
1 - 2 years of relevant job experience.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Some travel required to support projects.Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
