is hiring a full-time
Housekeeper
to join the maintenance team of San Antonio. The Housekeeper will join an experienced on-site management team focused on providing the highest level of customer service and attentiveness in the San Marcos multifamily market.
What You'll Do
Housekeepers are a vital part of the on-site maintenance team. You will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and assist with property upkeep, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Regular ongoing tasks include:
Conduct daily review of property upkeep, including the exterior of the property and common area/hallwaysResponsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property, including the management offices, common areas, amenity spaces, and residential hallwaysAssist the property's Porter/Groundskeeper in managing trash disposal from offices and common areasClean property air vents as scheduled with Maintenance SupervisorWash common area windows as scheduled with Maintenance SupervisorAccompany Maintenance Technician on resident work orders to ensure post-work cleanlinessAssist with preventative maintenance items as directed by Maintenance SupervisorConduct regular cleaning of any vacant unitsReport needed repairs to Maintenance SupervisorComply with all regulations such as OSHA, EPA, State Health Department in handling cleaning chemicalsWhy Join Us
