FT & PT Housekeepers . This is a temporary position that will be responsible to maintain cleanliness of resident's apartments and common areas as assigned.
Essential Functions:
Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas.Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.Participates in annual cleaning schedules.Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns.Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order.Participates in energy awareness program.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements
Must be able to work overtime and available every day including weekends until 12/1.Immediate hire with Sign on Bonus if full assignment is completed.Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skillsMust have at least six months of full-time experience in a similar role
