Our Drivers help to aggregate the crude oil purchased from individual leases and then haul back to our pipeline injection points.Our drivers typically work a rotational schedule, up to 12-hour shifts with various day and night start times depending on location.Compensation Rates:Paid per barrel at $0.2626 - $0.3099 cents (depending on experience)Paid per mile at $0.6086 centsHourly rates for other activitiesNight differential pay - $20 per night
Bonuses:*$10,000 Sign-on bonus$3,000 Relocation Reimbursement Bonus$2,000 Employee Referral Bonus (all other locations)$2,000 Tuition Reimbursement (driving school graduates)$800 Quarterly Safety Bonus (with additional $800 at the end of the year)Longevity Bonus

Primary ResponsibilitiesSafely transport crude oil from lease locations to pipeline injection pointsAccurately test crude oil quantity and qualityMaintain tractor/trailer in accordance with all D.O.T. RegulationsRepresent Energy Transfer with professionalismProvide high level of service to customersAdhere to all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
Minimum qualifications
:21 years of age or olderClass A CDL with tanker and Hazmat Endorsement (X) with no restrictionsMinimum of one-year verifiable truck driving oil field experience
ORTwo years over the road driving experience
ORGraduate of an accredited truck driving school
Other Minimum Requirements:Clean driving recordAble to pass background check pursuant to local, state, and federal rules regarding transportation of hazardous materialsPass Energy Transfer's D.O.T. physical, drug screen, and obtain a D.O.T. medical card
Preferred Experience:Previous crude oil or other bulk hazardous transport and gauging experienceHandheld/computer experience
