Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization's policies, procedures and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the Director of Nursing. Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. High School Graduate or Equivalent; college degree preferred. 2. Three to five year's secretarial experience preferred. 3. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 4. Must exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn and possess excellent interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to communicate in additional languages preferred. Montclair Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs.
