The Team Leader at Cytiva is responsible for directing and overseeing the production cells.
This position is part of the Assembly/Welding department located in Duncan, SC and will be onsite.
What you will do:
Spearhead and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Work with supervisors to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes, and implement effective countermeasures.
Give safety the utmost priority every day to ensure that associates can perform their tasks without risk.
Welcome and train new associates, consistently advocate for quality throughout the production process
Serve as a valuable resource for all production-related matters.
Who you are:
High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED), Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word specifically)
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in manufacturing
Ability to train, lead, and mentor a team and drive the success of the production process.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 35 lbs and handle extended bending, lifting, sitting, and standing periods.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Regulatory compliance with ISO standards and compliance, ensuring process integrity in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Cleanroom environment
SAP or other ERP (specifically in a manufacturing environment)
