Hourly: $17.50/hr. - $19.50/hr. depending on experienceAre you looking to start a new career in commercial driving?Do you want to be a local CDL Delivery Driver and be home every night?No CDL? No problem! We will train you through our in-house Commercial Driver training program.Craig Stein Beverage is looking for new additions to our Delivery Team. New team members will initially be hired on as Merchandisers and will work in that role for the first 30 to 60 days while obtaining their CDL learner's permit. After 30 to 60 days, the new team member will work with our Driver Development Team to obtain their Class A CDL and will transition to the CDL Delivery Driver role. Drivers are responsible for delivering beverage products to accounts throughout the Treasure Valley. This is a local delivery role and drivers are home every night.Requirements:Must have a valid driver's licenseGood driving record is needed & the ability to be insuredDriving record must have less than 4 pointsAvailability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays is requiredThe Shifts start at 4 am.

Tuesday - SaturdayAbility to lift 15-35 lbs. constantly and up to 160 lbs. (keg) frequently (4-10 times daily)Must pass a criminal background check prior to employmentMust be at least 18 years of age

Pay:Starting rate of $17.50/hr. - $19.50/hr. depending on experienceUpon completion of CDL Training, the pay rate increases to $22/hr.Licensed and trained Local Beverage Drivers (Class A CDL) can earn up to $25/hr.Overtime rate after 40 hours
