We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. You will be responsible for assembling components, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe working environment.
We are hiring for 1st [6A-2P] shift!
Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble air compressor units according to technical specifications and engineering drawings.Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks.Conduct quality inspections of assembled units to ensure compliance with company standards.Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, collaborating with engineering and quality assurance teams as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.Document assembly processes and complete necessary paperwork accurately.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency and quality.Skills Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.Proven experience as a mechanical assembler or in a similar role, preferably in the air compressor or related industry.Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software; SAP experience preferred
