Salary Range:
$110,000 to $130,000
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
What You'll Do:Deliver remote therapy through live video sessions, focusing on evidence-based careMonitor and document participant progress, offering follow-up care as neededCollaborate with a dedicated care team to ensure holistic support for participantsManage high-risk situations carefully, following safety guidelinesEngage in team meetings and receive ongoing support from supervisorsRequirements
Master's degree
in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.Active
California state license such as
LMFT, LCSW,
or
LPCC.Minimum
2 year
of experience in providing mental health counseling services.Commitment to ongoing professional development.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.Benefits
