Part-time, 8 hours/weekTuesdays, Between 7am - 7pmOnsite Massillon, OHSummary:The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instructions and assistance to patient's families as indicated.Responsibilities:Evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instructions and assistance to patient's families as indicated.Effectively works with and supervises physical therapist assistants and students.Provides documentation for medical records/insurance needs.Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age.Other duties as required.Other information:
Technical ExpertiseExperience in physical therapy is required.Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.Experience in healthcare is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is requiredEducation and ExperienceEducation:Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required. Masters or Doctorate preferred.Certification:Ohio Physical Therapist licensure is required.Years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years is preferred.Years of experience supervising: None.Part TimeFTE: 0.200000
