Certified Nurse Midwife, Northern Dutchess Hospital, Rhinebeck, NY
Northern Dutchess Hospital, located in Rhinebeck, New York, just two hours north of New York City, is seeking an additional Certified Nurse Midwife to join our established and growing employed practice. The group currently consists of four board certified physicians and certified nurse midwives with a long-established reputation throughout the region. We are seeking a well-trained and caring CNM who prefers to work in a small-town setting with all of the sophistication of a major medical center. New graduates are welcome to apply.

The primary office is located in a suite at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck. A secondary office is located across the Hudson River in the historic city of Kingston in an office shared with primary care. Deliveries are at The Neugarten Family Birth Center at Northern Dutchess Hospital. The Birthing Center provides a safe, holistic and family-centered birthing experience with advanced medical and surgical offerings. Built on a solid reputation for providing sophisticated maternity care in a homelike setting, the Birthing Center offers moms a single-room birthing experience where she labors, delivers, recovers and stays in one single room with her baby.
Rhinebeck is part of one of the largest historic districts in the US located along the scenic Hudson River. Rhinebeck offers New York City culture in a friendly, small-town setting. The village offers a plethora of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, as well as larger events at the Dutchess Country Fairgrounds. Outdoor enthusiasts will find great skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and boating nearby. We are seeking a physician who desires to escape the hustle and bustle of big city living, while retaining access to top-rated restaurants, performing arts centers, museums, excellent housing and school systems, and prestigious colleges and universities. Area colleges include Bard, Vassar, Marist, and SUNY New Paltz, as well as the Culinary Institute of America. New York City is easily accessible via Amtrak.

$115,000 - $150,000, commensurate or relative to experience
