Description
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
Operate a multi-passenger van, bus, or its equivalent in size/or load capacity over a prescribed route(s) to transport persons to and from specific destinations, such as field trips or athletic competitions using safety precautions and driving principles of vehicle operation at all times as directed.
Plan necessary route(s) and stops as needed; adheres as closely as possible to arrival and departure times.
Operate all equipment in a legal, safe manner, free of impairment due to drug and/or alcohol use.
Arrive at destinations on schedule
Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays
Use navigation applications to determine the best route
Interact with clients professionally at all times
Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date

Education and Experience
Education and Experience:Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school, experience driving students, staff, faculty or the public.
Additional Requirement (Licensure/Certification):CDL Class B Driver's LicensePassenger endorsement
