We are seeking a motivated new grad or experienced Optometrist to join an established practice in Sheffield, Ohio
DETAILS Full-Time 4 Day work week available Work 30 hours/ week to receive benefits Mostly Primary Care scope of practice See 2-3 patients per hour Full support team, including opticians and technician support Updated technology New Grad OD Program available - Start before you are licensed Great OD mentorship available updated technology- EMR, Retinal cameras, OCT at most offices Hours
Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM Saturdays 9 AM - 3 PM : shorter days Saturdays can be flexible Sundays (closed) COMPENSATION + BENEFITS
Competitive hourly rate, plus 1% of annual sales and commission on retinal imaging scans (Average earnings of $150-160k/year) Sign On Bonus available Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance PTO+ 56 hours in personal/sick time 3% 401k match Relocation assistance available $1,000 student loan forgiveness per month Established ODs and New Grads are encouraged to apply!
