The Sr. Analyst, Financial Systems will have the opportunity to develop new skills to handle a diverse range of duties while exercising initiative and independent judgment. This role will provide daily support for our TM1 business intelligence systems applying finance and accounting knowledge to ensure integrity. This includes the development of financial reporting and analytical tools, while ensuring the accuracy, completeness and integrity of data represented in reports as well as being responsibility for training and mentoring services to other team members.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
BI Technical Support:
Provide technical support duties across multiple applications and databases used to maintain data; including knowledge of dimensions and hierarchies.
Partner with other teams along with other BI resources to gather business requirements, develop planning solutions, and support initiatives to improve BI reporting capabilities.
Daily monitoring of data to ensure completeness, identify issues and provide technical solutions for application specifications, security, data, and reporting.
Provide data analysis to quickly identify and reconcile data integrity issues within large datasets.
Provides knowledge transfer and subject matter expertise to business reporting users to enable and support self-service reporting; including documentation.
Perform and co-ordinate User Testing for system upgrades and implementation of any new functionality.
Actively participate in the implementation and utilization of financial forecasting systems and tools that support the current and future needs of the business.
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Partner with BI Developers to ensure all business requirements in the functional specification are included in the design using strong financial acumen, applying basic accounting and financial analysis principals.
Develop new TM1 reports; convert legacy Excel reports.
Month End Revenue Reconciliation between ERP (SAP) BW & BI (TM1); Monthly Statistical reporting to Groupe.
Ownership of SAP BW, BI(TM1) maintenance working with Master Data and IT,
Become as technical resource for the enhancement and extension of BI reporting functionality by maintaining a high degree of expertise with advanced Excel formula writing.
Must possess energy, drive and capability of handling multiple priorities simultaneously with a strong attention to detail while providing a high level of customer service
Perform miscellaneous projects and provide ad hoc data as assigned.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
5+ years of Business Intelligence and reporting experience.
SAP ERP and BW experience preferred.
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge on Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process.
Exposure to manufacturing companies or consumer product industry (CPG).
Knowledge of governance, controls, procedures, data management, and information integrity & compliance.
Experience with P&L variance analysis and related management reporting.
Experience in report writing and /financial modeling using business consolidation software
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills; strong attention to detail is a must
Must be well organized with the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize appropriately
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; working on small fast paced project teams, moving quickly with the purposeful intention of solving a problem.
