This pivotal leadership role encompasses the entire supply chain spectrum, including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), retail allocation and fulfillment of internal product, and cross-functional collaboration. The manager will be instrumental in orchestrating the seamless integration of these processes to drive organizational success and support our operations in Michigan. In this role, the manager will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies to optimize our supply chain operations. By overseeing demand planning, supply planning efforts, and S&OP meetings, the Manager will ensure alignment with company objectives, financial targets, and market dynamics. The manager will provide leadership to manage supply planning professionals and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, marketing, finance, and sales will be key to success in this role. This position reports directly to the President, Midwest and dotted line reports to the Vice President, Supply CHain and periodic travel may be required to regional facilities and other locations as necessary.Where you'll be planted:

Year 1 is going to be about:
Leading the organization and creation of the monthly demand plan, supply planning process, and S&OP process for the Midwest region.Owning Demand Review, Supply Review, S&OP meetings.Working in close consort with Midwest Commercial leadership to create SKU level demand plans which meet financial targets.Owning long-range inventory projections at the allocation category level for Michigan.Leading, supporting and improving retail fulfillment and product allocation to 20 retail outlets in Michigan market.Analyzing weekly growing/processing reporting metrics and report back to supply chain and other pertinent leadership.Liaising and coordinating between all business functions, including production, warehousing, sales, marketing, finance, accounting, and procurement.Maintaining and analyzing trend reporting, consolidating state-level reports to the region-level.Participating in and leading ongoing implementation of supply chain software (e.g., Seed to sale, ERP/MRP, B2B order/fulfillment).Overseeing the management of the Finished Goods Inventory Process and daily Inventory Posting process in the B2B marketplace.Leading, managing, and growing team of 1-3 Supply Chain AssociatesEnsuring that finished goods inventory accuracy is maintained in Michigan.Enhancing and maintaining positive communications with sales operations.Performing additional duties as assigned.What we're high on...we value diverse skillsets, talents, and experiences. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or APICs certification is preferred.4+ years of supply chain, operations, planning experience, with S&OP experience.Experience in the cannabis, CPG, or automotive industry is preferred.Proven ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, provide feedback, and develop teams.Experience managing finished goods inventory in a B2B marketplace at the SKU level.Familiarity with LeafTrade or Leaflink, and METRC is preferred.Strong analytical skills and an understanding of the role of supply chain within the organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others on behalf of the supply chain team interests.Excellent computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Xlookup, Pivot Tables, large dataset analysis).Effective oral and written communication skills.Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently or as a team and adapt to changing priorities.Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to effectively manage cross departmental relationships.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter mentality; identify, scope, and implement solutions to supply chain and business improvementsProven skills in implementing and leading supply chain excellence.Strong understanding of technology, inventory software systems/ERP, state-required compliance software, and applicable metrics within a data-driven environment.Benefits (full-time employees eligible):
