Directs the staffing and administration of a nursing unit or floor.

The Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who manages the financial, human, and other resources for the provision of quality patient care for an assigned area over a twenty-four hour period. Qualifications for this position include:Masterrsquo;s Degree in Nursing; Nursing Administration preferred

State Issued RN license

Five (5) years of nursing experience, including hospital clinical practice

Basic Life Support (BLS)
