How You Will Contribute
As a
Multifamily Operations Support , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational excellence of our regional portfolio in Tampa. With a deep understanding of our company policies and processes, you will provide essential support services and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Your ability to organize and manage all aspects of operations will be instrumental in ensuring our continued success.
Things You Will Do
Conduct onsite audits to assess internal compliance, Mystery Shops, KnockTours, and other areas of focusServe as a backup for Community Managers when neededProvide comprehensive after-site reports and recommendations for improvements or additional trainingRecruit top-tier talent and assist Regional Managers with the hiring processOnboard and train new hires in their respective positionsTrain associates on company programs, leasing, marketing, and customer serviceAssist with special projects and ensure timely completionFoster a friendly, customer-centric culture and radiate a positive attitudeDemonstrate proficiency in property management software (Yardi or RealPage), word processing, spreadsheet, and database management applicationsDemonstrate exceptional communication, reading, writing, and presentation skillsAssist Regional Property Manager with:
Overseeing the strategic direction of a portfolio of propertiesMonitoring financial operations to maximize net operating income (NOI)Launching new initiativesDirecting Property Managers in site operations and maintenanceAchieving objectives, budgets, and goalsDeveloping the management teamFloating Community coverage as needed
Update and modify policies and proceduresReview data for accuracy and prepare complex spreadsheetsAdvise Regional Managers and on-site staff on schedules and problem resolutionDrive alignment and synergy across the portfolioThings You Will Need
Education/Qualifications
High school diploma; Associates or bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in Multi-Family Housing and Multi-Property site managementProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skillsAttention to detailTeam-oriented mindsetExcellent problem-solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skillsSuperior organizational skills and ability to meet deadlinesDrivers license and vehicle, and willingness to complete local travel.
