November 4th @ 7:00am - November 8th @ 7:00amOne weekend a monthDaily Shift: 7am -7pm, Nights: 7pm - 7am, Weekends: 24 hour

Coverage for stroke patientsDaily Patient Volume: 20EMR: EPICComprehensive Stroke Center24h interventional stroke call coverageAssociated carotid/cerebral stenting as needed during Thrombectomy (facility uses 24/7 TeleSpecialist for acute stroke coverage in ED & RAPID software)No in house requirement for stroke call: will get call/text from neurology or ED physician- interventionalist will discuss case/review imaging and page/call in angio team (
Required:
DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being activeCurrent Flu VaccineMust be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
Board CertifiedCase Logs: need to see 15 thrombectomies in last 12 months or 30 in last 24 months
