Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and manage the body shop team to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.Provide guidance, support, and training to staff members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee the daily operations of the body shop, ensuring high-quality repairs and timely completion of projects.Implement and maintain efficient workflow processes to maximize productivity.Monitor and control expenses, maintain budget compliance, and optimize resource utilization.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by maintaining high-quality repair standards.Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
Quality Control:
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to meet or exceed industry standards.Conduct regular inspections to ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.
Vendor and Supplier Relations:
Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Body Shop Manager or a similar role in the automotive industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with insurance claim processes and regulations.Benefits:
