Position Summary:The manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, leading the guest experience by providing excellent food and service, inventory and cost management, team management, and product quality management.
Minimum Requirements:Have, or be willing to obtain, Food Manager Certification and TABC certification.Management experience. (in food service preferred)Previous restaurant experience.
