We provide comprehensive care to a diverse caseload, including worker’s compensation and regular insurance patients. What We Offer:

Job Responsibilities:

Meet with patients to identify needs and set goals

Devise and implement detailed treatment plans

Educate, motivate, and encourage patients through the treatment process

Monitor treatment effectiveness and collaborate with the patient's medical team

Communicate changes in patient function and modify treatment goals as needed

Oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and adjust plans of care

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with federal and state regulations

Provide ongoing education to physicians, patients, family/caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

Document patient appointments and progress according to departmental and regulatory standards

Evaluate shoulder, elbow, and hand injuries

Exposure to Work Rehabilitation programs

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Washington

Strong Clinical Skills with Proficiency in Computer Skills ❤️ Compassionate and Patient-Centered Approach

Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal

Experience in hand therapy (preferred but not required; we will train)

Familiarity with worker’s compensation claims

Work Schedule:

Clinic hours are 8 am—6 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer various scheduling options, including 4 x 10s or 4 x 8s. No weekends or holidays are required.
