In this Registered Nurse role, you will be providing in home high quality skilled nursing care to patients in the Fort Myers, FL area, servicing. Home Health services will be provided under the direction of the Plan of Treatment established with a physician and with input from patient/caregiver, you will assist in ensuring a better way of living and healthy recovery.

Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and educationObserve and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physiciansFoster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their familiesExpand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.Other responsibilities will be assignedHaven Qualification Standards:
Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursingHome Health experience preferredCurrently licensed in the state of the HHAExcellent knowledge of nursing care methods and proceduresA team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsResponsible and compassionateOutstanding organizational and multi-tasking skillsPatient with excellent problem-solving skills
