FCX Performance is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company. FCX Performance is seeking an Analyst to join the growing Sales Operations team and help lead a growth-based sales organization into the future, achieve sales plans, exceed budgets and progress towards long-term goals.

The Sales Operations team is responsible for driving revenue, margin and productivity programs across the sales organization and is heavily involved in strategy, analytics, solution development and implementation, program management, governance and reporting.

The right individual will use their excellent strategic thinking, organizational and computer skills and will work independently as well as collaboratively to ensure work is completed timely, with high quality and optimal output.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Lead and manage sales team transitions, territory and account assignments, account moves, etc.Assist with sales organization design and structure focused on expansion activities, territory coverage optimization and governance.Execute current year market review schedule, maintain mapping tool and analyze territory performance.Manage the process, tools and operational activities of account targeting and plans (e.g. AGP & AJP).Assist with administering customer contact and opportunity management solutions (e.g. CRM).Compile divisional business reviews and analysis focused on sales, margin and productivity performance.Drive advancement of sales reporting and analytics across the sales organization.Provide inputs into Sales Operations program updates.Cross-train and assist other team members with other activities like sales compensation and governance.Skills/Experience:

Ability to take an analytical or process request from concept to completion.Demonstrate ability to collect information, analyze data, identify insights and share key findings.Display business acumen, problem solving, attention to detail and organizational skills.Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.Display customer service skills and tact when interacting with internal customers.Able to work efficiently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with data management extraction tools such as Profit 21 ERP, Microsoft SSRS, BOBJ, etc.Leverage master data analysis tools like Excel, SSAS cubes, Mapping Software, etc.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1+ year of work experienceAdvanced level expertise of MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
