*Description*Loan Closing positionThe Home Loan Specialist will:Perform routine data entry and validation tasksInitiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)Review and validate loan documentsHandle routine calls, emails and/or chat responsesMonitor work queues and intervening as neededPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values*Skills:*Customer service, Data entry, Administration support, Mortgage, Mortgage loan, Loan operation, Banking, Financial services, encompass, Closing, funding loans*Top Skills Details:*Customer service,Data entry,Administration support*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*Loan closing experience and fundingpeople with Title experience will workUnderstand TRID rule and understandingAssociate's degree or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFinancial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferredGeneral understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
