Stirling Q&R is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator on behalf of our confidential client. This role is based in the Bay Area and offers an exciting opportunity to manage and coordinate clinical research studies. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining high-quality data collection and management.Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for research participants, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.Screen, recruit, and obtain consent from study participants; review medical records and conduct interviews as needed.Schedule participant appointments and provide reminders or other necessary communications.Prepare and maintain regulatory documents and study binders, including consent forms and master subject logs.Extract data from source documents and complete case report forms; resolve database queries.Collect, process, and ship specimens according to clinical protocol and IRB guidelines.Administer study questionnaires and tests; ensure accuracy and completeness of data.Participate in monitoring visits and regulatory audits to ensure compliance with all applicable standards.RequirementsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in clinical research.1-3 years of experience in clinical research coordination or a related role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of researchers, participants, and external partners.Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as ICH-GCP is preferred.BenefitsCompensation
