As a member of the Prime team, you will work closely with the business team to implement new features, using a variety of core languages and technologies, including Linux, to build highly scalable services that enhance the Prime experience across various Amazon businesses.As a Software Development Engineer in Test on this team, you will lead test automation and infrastructure development, assess new architectural choices, and work directly with Developers, QA Engineers, and Product Managers to ensure quality development and application performance. We are working with exciting new technologies and solving complex automation problems across platforms. If you are creative, customer-focused, have a passion for QA and test automation, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this team is right for you.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development testing experience- 1+ years of experience building test automation frameworks and tools- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design- Experience in penetration testing and exploitability-focused vulnerability assessment- Experience in platform-level security mitigations and hardening for Linux and WindowsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
